-City offices remain closed at this time. However, a number of services are still available online and by phone. Click on link at left for more information or visit the department’s webpage.

-Garbage, recycling and yard waste pickup continues as scheduled.

-City Parks remain open for passive use but courts, playgrounds and facilities are closed. Please observe physical distancing while enjoying the outdoors.

-If you have been denied goods or services because of your residency in New Rochelle, contact the Westchester County Consumer Protection Department at (914) 995-2155 or send an email to conpro@westchestergov.com 

-To suggest or learn about volunteer & service opportunities to address this public health challenge, email NewRoStrong@newrochelleny.com 

-If you can offer supplies or personnel to assist in State-wide efforts, visit the NYS website

-To report a violation of physical distancing requirements, please call the State’s Task Force at 1-833-789-0470.

    Social distancing makes a difference so continue to stay home except for essential travel. Remember to fill out the Census!

    Containment zone lifted, but statewide restrictions on gatherings and non-essential businesses continue.

    Alternate side restrictions suspended and metered parking remains free. City Hall, All non-essential businesses are closed as NYS is on PAUSE.
