The City of New Rochelle recommends that those taking Amtrak from the New Rochelle Train Station park on the 5th Floor of the New Rochelle Transit Center. Parking is allowed for up to 120 straight hours (5 days). Payment is required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including Sundays and Holidays.
If you are parked on street, muni machines are interchangeable so if one is broken, another one is conveniently located within close proximity.
If you are parked in a parking facility, there are multiple muni machines located within each facility for your convenience should one be out of order.
Paying for parking via the ParkMobile App is also an option if a muni machine is out of order.

If you receive a citation for an expired meter, you may pay it at a muni machine, in person at the City Court or online (https://www.parkingticketpayment.com/newrochelle/).
