There are a variety of reasons why trash is not picked up. -It wasn’t placed out on time (7:00 am, 6:00 am in summer months) -It was not placed at the curb -Refuse was not containerized properly -Containers exceeded the weight limit of 75lb.s -Something in your trash was not allowed (building materials, oil, car parts, etc.) -Refuse was jammed in containers, not allowing it to fall free -It was not your pickup day (North End- Monday & Thursday, South End-Tuesday & Friday) -It wasn’t collected during the regular day in a Holiday Week
