The New Rochelle Youth Bureau invites you to their annual New Rochelle Board of Commissioners Awards. Held in memory of Beatrice “Bea” Kleinman and Josh Sumner, the ceremony will take place on Tuesday, March 15th, at City Hall, 515 North Avenue. The reception will begin at 6:00 P.M. at City Hall’s Rotunda followed by a 7:00 P.M. presentation to this year’s recipients:
