New parking regulations will take effect on May 24, 2010 in downtown parking lots. Payment will now be required 24 hours a day except Sundays and holidays between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in the following lots: Maple Avenue Lot, Prospect Street Parking Lot, Church/Division Street Garage, Centre/Huguenot Lot and both Library Lots.
