[ARCHIVED] Notification of Hydrant Flushing from United Water

United Water New Rochelle crews will be flushing fire hydrants and blow offs in the City of
New Rochelle beginning April 25 for apprximately three days at the following locations between the hours of 7:30am and 4pm: Lambert Lane, Rogers Drive, Iselin Drive, Daisy Farms Drive, Darling Avenue, Gladdstone Road, Stanton Circle, Turner Drive, Retiro Lane, Wilmot Road, Old Wilmot Road, Hutchinson Blvd., Anpell Drive, Hilburn Road, Elba Place, Timmons Road, White Road, Hutchinson Blvd., Arlington Road,Lyons Road, and Vernon Drive.

A temporary slight discoloration of the water and a decrease in water pressure may be noted as a result of opening the hydrants. If you experience this discoloration of water, please run your cold water in a basement sink for 15-20 minutes. If the water is discolored, please flush your line
as mentioned above before attempting to do any laundry.
