The Youth Council offers young people grades 8 - 10 the opportunity to be a part of a selected group of individuals who are concerned with youth-related issues within the community.

The New Rochelle Youth Council sponsors community service projects and interacts with other youth organizations throughout Westchester.

All completed applications must be returned to the Youth Bureau Office (City Hall) on or before Friday, April 16, 2010.
