The STAR Registration Program has begun and Basic STAR recipients can register starting October 1, 2013 on the NYS Department of Taxation and Finance Web site or by calling at (518) 457-2036.

The NYS Department of Taxation and Finance has staff ready to assist taxpayers in their call center at (518) 457-2036 during the following extended hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
