Attention property owners: the annual deadline for filing any property tax exemption including the following is May 1, 2013:
Basic Star
Senior Enhanced Star
Senior Citizen Aged – Limited Income
Disability- Limited Income
Veterans
All applications can be filed in the Assessor’s Office at New Rochelle City Hall,
515 North Ave, New Rochelle, NY 10801 during regular office hours Monday-Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM. For more information call 654-2052 or visit on line at
www.newrochelle.com/assessor.
