Report flooding damages to Westchester County

In coordination with the New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services, Westchester County is coordinating an Initial Damage Assessment to collect data related to storm-related loss.  Residents and business impacted by the September 29th severe weather event can report their damages in support of a potential request for federal recovery assistance.

The self-report Damage Survey Link can be found here.

Please note:

  • Do not use this form to report immediate, life-threatening needs. Call 911.
  • Reporting damage is a voluntary activity and is not a substitute for reporting damage to your insurance agency, nor does it guarantee disaster relief assistance.
  • Please submit one survey per affected housing unit or business.
