The highly anticipated 10th Annual New Rochelle Street Fair is just around the corner, promising a day of excitement, entertainment, and celebration for all. This year, the New Rochelle Street Fair Committee is proud to announce The New Rochelle Industrial Development Agency (IDA) as presenting sponsor of the 10th Annual New Rochelle Street Fair, to be held on September 10, 2023 from 11 AM to 5 PM surrounding City Hall. 

For a decade now, the New Rochelle Street Fair has been a highlight on the city's calendar, providing a platform for families, friends, and neighbors to come together in a joyous atmosphere. This year's event is set to surpass expectations as it marks this significant milestone.

Approximately 200 vendors and merchants will line both sides of North Avenue between Winthrop and Fifth Avenues, with an extended section on Hamilton Ave to Beaufort Pl. Attendees can immerse themselves in live performances, enjoy giant inflatables, eat great food and partake in the beloved Beer Garden sponsored by Beechmont Tavern.

The event is a partnership of the City of New Rochelle, New Rochelle Parks & Recreation, New Rochelle Downtown BID, the Chamber of Commerce, and Volunteer New York!. Additional co-sponsors include Aetna, Sustainable Westchester, Beechmont Tavern, Montefiore New Rochelle and News 12.
