On May 9th, at about 7:36pm, New Rochelle Police responded to a Keough Lane home in regard to a report of a menacing with a handgun. The investigation revealed that a menacing did occur during a dispute between two parties known to one another. The suspect was placed under arrest and the gun used during the crime was located at the scene and is a ‘ghost gun’ – a gun without a serial number. The suspect had further weapons in his home that were confiscated: 1 rifle, 1 shot gun, 1 revolver, 1 AR pistol and a second ‘ghost gun.’ Both ghost guns are believed to be 9mm handguns. The suspect was arrested without incident and held for arraignment on May 10th, 2023,
