Comment Period for Draft 2012 CDBG and HOME Action Plan
A public comment period for the Draft 2012 Action Plan for the CDBG and HOME Programs ,which provide activities which benefit low and moderate income persons in the City, will extend from September 10th through October 18th. A public hearing will be held in October and the Plan will be submitted to HUD by November 15, 2011. Copies of the Draft 2102 Action Plan are available at the City Clerk’s Office, the reference desk at the New Rochelle Library and on the City’s website.
