On August 24th, 2022, at about 4:00PM, New Rochelle Police were called by Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Miami with information that one of their vehicles was reported stolen and their GPS module was currently indicating it was located at 360 Huguenot Street in New Rochelle.  New Rochelle Police set up surveillance and when the suspects attempted to leave the parking garage, Police Units converged on, and stopped the stolen vehicle before it could exit.  2 suspects were arrested and taken into custody without incident. 

ARRESTED:

• James Bookman, 34 years of age, of New Rochelle, NY.
• Seffra Walston, 25 years of age, of New Rochelle, NY.

CHARGES:

Penal Law 165.52 Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 3rd degree – D Felony
