The New Rochelle Youth Bureau invites community members to join for their annual Mentors in Blue Forum. This forum will be held on March 22 in New Rochelle City Hall, starting promptly at 4 pm. The purpose of the forum is to foster positive relationships between the City’s youth and Police Officers. Participants will meet and greet New Rochelle Police Department Officers, share ideas for youth & police activities, and discuss current community topics.  

The event will be moderated by Kelly Johnson, Executive Director, New Rochelle Youth Bureau.
