On Thursday, February 10, 2022 at about 2:20 am, New Rochelle Police conducted a traffic stop for a New York Vehicle and Traffic Law violation in the area of Van Guilder Avenue. During the stop, the driver was found to be in possession of Ruger .380 caliber handgun for which he did not have permit and was subsequently arrested.

Tijer Moreno, 20 years of age, of New Rochelle, NY.

CHARGES:

Penal Law 265.03 Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2^nd degree – C Felony
