In continuation of an annual tradition and to promote holiday shopping in New Rochelle, the City is offering two hours of free holiday parking in certain municipal lots from December 1-31, from 9AM to 9PM. 

Off-street parking fees will be waived during this time at the following Municipal Surface Lots controlled by muni-meters: City Hall, Lawn Avenue, Library, Library South, North Avenue @Thruway, Prospect Street and Union Avenue.  

Additionally, this year there will be two hours of free parking on the rooftop deck of the New Rochelle Transit Center Garage for shoppers at the City’s new Holiday Market at the New Rochelle Train Station, effective during market hours only December 3-12.
