On Monday, November 22, City Manager Charles B. Strome, III and New Rochelle Schools Superintendent Jonathan Raymond hosted a Thanksgiving Community Dinner in the House IV cafeteria at New Rochelle High School. This 4th annual event was served by City staff and featured delicious food donated from the following New Rochelle eateries:  The Bread Factory, Shoprite, Sweet Potatoes, Café Unicorn, El Trigal, Sabrosura Peruana, Suggarplums, Smoke And Spice, Olibar, Modern Restaurant & Lounge, Beechmont Tavern, Krave, North End Tavern, Pepes Place, Pop's Espresso Bar, Posto 22, Salsa y Brasa, Spectators and Wooden Spoon.  DJ Smithy Boy played some tunes while community members dined.

City Manager Charles B. Strome and Youth Bureau staff also distributed turkeys to make the Thanksgiving holiday more cheerful for 100 residents. This project is supported in part by New Rochelle Fire Dept. and the Dept. of Parks & Recreation.
