The New Rochelle Police Department held their Memorial & Awards Ceremony at 9:00 am on Wednesday, October 6 at the Greentree Country Club. City officials, law enforcement officials, and families gathered to pay tribute to NRPD officers who lost their lives in the line of duty and recognize the accomplishments of department members. The event, postponed due to COVID from the traditional timing of Police Week in May, covered awards from both 2019 and 2020. 

“This ceremony is both a somber reflection and a grateful tribute, in appreciation of the valuable work done by our department members past and present,” said Commissioner Robert Gazzola.
