New Rochelle Community-Police Partnership Board Listening Tour

Listening Tour 9.30

The New Rochelle Community-Police Partnership Board (CPPB) will begin a Listening Tour in the community this month. The tour serves as a platform for community members to provide their feedback on policing, the first event will be at Bethesda Baptist Church, 71 Lincoln Avenue, on Thursday, September 30th at 7PM.

“It is important that the Board members hear from residents of various neighborhoods, to understand their ideas on community policing, and what they envision for the police department,” said Co-chairman, Police Commissioner Robert Gazzola.

The Community-Police Partnership Boards anticipates holding Listen Tours in a variety of New Rochelle neighborhoods over the next several months. The next tour date will be held on October 27 at 8:15PM at the Mascaro Boys & Girls Club, 79 7th Street.

In addition to the Listening Tour, the CPPB will host their first Community Meeting at New Rochelle City Hall on October 13 at 6:30 PM. Learn more about the Police Reform and Collaborative Plan here:
