On the evening of September 8th, 2021, New Rochelle Police concluded an investigation into prostitution occurring at the Green Rivage Spa, located at 514 Main St. New Rochelle Police Detectives arrested 2 women who were subsequently charged with Penal Law 230.00, Prostitution, a B misdemeanor, and Education Law section 6512, Practicing (massage) without a license, an E Felony.
