[ARCHIVED] City Hall Offices Move to Appointment-Only Access on Monday, August 16

In the interest of health and safety with COVID cases rising in our area, New Rochelle City Hall offices will move to appointment-only access beginning Monday, August 16. Appointments can be made by contacting departments directly during regular business hours, 8:30AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Masks will be required of all visitors regardless of vaccination status. 

 

Many City services can be accessed online. Phone numbers for each office are listed on the City website, including:

 “While City Hall offices will move to appointment-only, our services continue uninterrupted,” said City Manager Charles B. Strome, III. Parks, recreation programs and the Marina remain open. Sanitation and recycling are being picked up as scheduled. Police, fire and emergency services remain 24/7.
