Books and Badges

On Saturday, May 22, 2021, members of the PACT Unit and Mount Vernon Police Department Det.’s Jones and Clarke, held a drive-thru “Books and Badges” event in front of City Hall. Over 200 books were distributed to Children 6-12 years old.
