[ARCHIVED] New Rochelle Downtown Kicks Off Restaurant VALUE Week To Boost Indoor Dining and Takeout

Calling all foodies to New Rochelle Downtown!

New Rochelle Downtown Business Improvement District (NRBID) is launching “Restaurant VALUE Week”, a community-focused program where patrons can show how they VALUE local Restaurants by dining with them and Restaurants can show appreciation by giving patrons a great value on a meal. There will be more than 25+ restaurants offering specially priced packages at $15 and $30 beginning on March 1, 2021 and running through March 14, 2021.

New Rochelle was hit extremely hard by COVID-19 a year ago as one of the country’s first epicenters, and our local Restaurants have been working hard since then to keep serving. Miraculously, the Restaurants participating in this program have been able to stay open for the public by being creative in their approach to menus, deliveries and service to the community, so it is important to continue to support them as everyone turns this next corner.

“Throughout the past year, in the face of unprecedented challenges, New Rochelle’s Restaurants have continued to provide sustenance and pleasure to our entire community,” said Mayor Noam Bramson. “As we look ahead to recovery, a thriving restaurant scene will remain vital to New Rochelle’s success, so let’s take this opportunity to enjoy outstanding values and support our great Restauranteurs.”

“We hope everyone will support our local Restaurants who have been working extremely hard to stay open,” said Karel Littman, Executive Director, New Rochelle Downtown BID. “These Restaurants have been giving back by also serving our essential workers and those in need throughout this year. Community support is what gets us through challenging times. We ask that you show our local Restaurants how much you VALUE them by enjoying a delicious meal at these special VALUE prices.”

All participating Restaurants are open for in-person dining.  Each Restaurant continues to stringently follow CDC guidelines and precautions including social distancing, mandated mask use, and frequent sanitizing. The Restaurant VALUE Week Specials being offered include either $15.00 or $30.00 dine-in or takeout options. These deals are available to order by phone or in person. Be sure to mention the New Rochelle Downtown Restaurant VALUE Week when placing your order.
