Notice to Taxpayers: The final day to pay the City tax bill without penalty is Monday, February 1. Mail delivery is experiencing delays so if you have not received your tax bill, contact the Tax office at 914-654-2058.   As a reminder, payment with an “e-check” can be done online and is free! USPS delivery delays: The United States Postal Service (USPS®) recently announced that they are experiencing processing and delivery delays nationwide due to higher-than-normal mail volumes and the continued impacts of COVID-19 on employee availability. These delays may impact typical mail delivery timeframes. As a  reference, the USPS posts ongoing service delay notices and also offers a free service, Informed Delivery, that allows postal customers to view incoming letters and packages.
