Being prepared when disaster strikes is critical, and the American Red Cross is partnering with the City of New Rochelle to bring a virtual emergency preparedness Zoom webinar on Monday, November 30.
The "Prepare, Respond, Recover: What to do When Disaster Strikes" virtual presentation is free. The meeting will be kicked off by Red Cross CEO Stephanie Dunn Ashley and Mayor Noam Bramson, and will then feature a presentation by representatives from the American Red Cross. Topics include the types of disasters, from hurricanes to home fires; steps to take if disaster strikes; and how to get back on your feet when things settle down. New Rochelle Fire Department Chief Andy Sandor will also participate. At the end of the presentation, there will be a live Q&A session.
