The Policing Review Committee will present their initial report to the New Rochelle City Council at the Council's special meeting on Tuesday, November 24 at 5PM. The meeting will be streamed live at www.newrochelleny.com/NRTVlivestream and on NRTV cable channels Optimum 75 and Verizon 28.
