New Rochelle City Hall offices will move to appointment-only access beginning Monday, November 23. Appointments can be made by contacting departments directly during regular business hours, 8:30AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. NOTE: Offices will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday November 26 and 27.

Records Unit employees will then be able to facilitate the request either electronically or will direct the requestor on the best procedure for record retrieval.
