Power restoration is underway with several Con Ed crews working in New Rochelle. Separate crews are still working to clear roads, with a focus on major streets or areas without emergency vehicle access. Con Ed predicts that the majority of outages will be restored by Sunday, but may spill into the week. Please continue to visit Con Ed’s outage map at outagemap.coned.com for the latest restoration times for each neighborhood. If you do not have power, we urge you to call Con Ed on a daily basis until your power is restored. Con Ed’s number is 1-800-75CONED
Additional updates and reminders:
- Aug 6 - Dry ice will be available at City Hall on Hamilton Avenue from 2pm - 9pm. Con Ed will also have an information truck at the same site until 9pm
- Alternate side parking and City’s leaf blower ban are suspended until further notice.
- Storm debris curb pick up will be a multiple week effort, beginning Friday. Storm debris should be placed at the curb, bundled and cut as small as possible.
