The coronavirus is no match for a united city. To help local businesses during the pandemic, an all-volunteer group led by a fellow New Rochellean has created the website newrochelleunited.org, making it easy for the public to purchase and donate gift cards, donate to local initiatives, and leave online reviews. 

NewRochelleUnited.org will launch on Thursday, May 14th. Each business listing features an inspirational quote and opens to a page where users can buy gift cards and then write online reviews by clicking on the social media links listed, raising the business profile across multiple platforms and helping them attract new customers. Gift cards can also be donated to others, helping businesses and neighbors at the same time. Through the site, donations can be made to local efforts, too.

It’s easy for a business to join - it takes less than an hour, and if businesses don’t have an online gift card system, New Rochelle United can register them quickly. All services are free of charge.
