NewRo Cheers goes out to local business TP Toys and Accessories for its Mystery Bag initiative. In a safe manner, TP assembles and delivers these mystery gift bags of new toys and books that provide a child and his/her family with a lift, a bit of joy, and a few hours (or days) or activity and fresh inspiration to stay busy and inspired during these challenging times. The initiative started with 10 bags sponsored by TP Toys and 10 bags sponsored by Beechmont Tavern and has already surpassed 120 bags distributed as a result of the tremendous support of the New Rochelle community. The initiative also demonstrates the creativity of a local business to be #NewRoStrong, surviving and thriving during the pandemic.
