In celebration of National Night Out, the New Rochelle Police Department welcomed the community to their headquarters on Tuesday, August 6. The event featured afternoon boat rides given by the Harbor Patrol Unit at Hudson Park and an evening of fun at NRPD headquarters including equipment and K-9 demonstrations, face painting, magic shows, bounce castles, food, plus a flyover by NYPD and much more.
“National Night Out is a great way to strengthen our neighborhood connections and highlight our community partnerships, ” said Police Commissioner Joseph Schaller. “Special thanks to Captain Collin Coyne and our Pact officers Lt. Gary Robison, Det. Yadilene Machado and Det. Frank Provenzale for their assistance in creating another spectacular event.”
