All individuals who wish to use Hudson Park, Five Islands Park, Davenport Park, Neptune Parks, Cameron Dock, and Sharkey Park are required to have a valid 2011 Omnicard. With the purchase of an Omnicard, cardholders with a valid New York State automobile registration in the cardholders name/address will receive a parking decal.
