New Rochelle welcomes Smoke & Spice N.Y. Grill in the New Roc City area at 17 Anderson St. Smoke & Spice will offer top-quality Caribbean and American cuisine. The new restaurant is owned and operated by Fitzroy Blair, a longtime Caribbean chef. An expert in Caribbean and Italian cuisine, Chef Blair promises to put a fresh spin on traditional Caribbean fusion dishes.
Chef Blair says, “I am excited that my lifelong dream of opening my own Caribbean themed restaurant has become a reality. And it could not have happened at a better place than New Rochelle.
