City Manager Charles B. Strome, III today announced his appointment of Michelle Oliveros to the position of City Clerk. She succeeds Omar Small, who resigned from the City after a fifteen-year tenure to serve as village administrator in Pelham.
“I am pleased to appoint Michelle Oliveros as our new City Clerk. Her experience and dedication will be a tremendous asset to this vital office.”

She has used her Spanish translation and advocacy skills to assist individuals and families of all ages, in case management as well as intergenerational programming at the Hugh Doyle Senior Center.
Ms. Oliveros received her Bachelors of Science from St. John’s University.
