Cell Phones contain various metals and plastics all of which can be 100% recycled. Bring your old cell phones and chargers to one of the City’s four drop-off bins at the following locations: City Hall, 515 North Avenue; The New Rochelle Public Library, 1 Library Plaza; Super Stop & Shop, 2425 Palmer Avenue; The A&P 77, Quaker Ridge Road.
