[ARCHIVED] Bill to Expand Female and Minority Business Loan Program introduced at Modern Paint

Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D) was in New Rochelle on March 19 to introduce her plan to expand the Small Business Administration's Microloan Program. The Microloan Modernization Act would provide loans and technical assistance for small businesses owned by women and minorities in New York state. Sen. Gillibrand laid out the legislation at Modern Paint and Hardware in New Rochelle, a small business owned by two women.
