In promotion of one of the most ambitious downtown redevelopment programs in the Hudson Valley, New Rochelle’s “Ideally Yours” messaging is being delivered to Times Square throughout the holiday season.
The HD, double-sided digital ‘cube’ targets pedestrians and commuters in one of New York City’s most iconic neighborhoods. The ad, featuring beautiful imagery of New Rochelle’s skyline, shoreline and businesses, promotes the City as the ideal place to live, work and grow. New Rochelle’s ad will run for 15 seconds every two minutes for the next four weeks, and was secured as part of the City’s advertising master plan with OUTFRONT media.
New Rochelle’s downtown development plan, which was launched in 2015 and includes RXR Realty as Master Developer, allows for more than 12 million square feet of new construction including up to 2.4 million square feet of prime office space, one million square feet of retail, 6,370 housing units and 1,200 hotel rooms. Currently, the City has more than 1,400 residential units under construction.
