[ARCHIVED] Parkmobile payment processing error

Parkmobile has discovered a payment processing error which occurred on Friday, September 15 between 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. EST, affecting a small number of mobile users. The error caused some customers to receive duplicate charges for parking transactions initiated within that timeframe.
Parkmobile is working to identify all duplicate transactions and reach out to affected customers for refunds.If you believe you received a duplicate charge in error during this timeframe, or for further information, contact Parkmobile at 855-210-7965.
