The City of New Rochelle has commissioned this survey to 1) identify community development needs and 2) learn about the experiences residents across the city may be having in looking for homes to buy and apartments to rent. The results of the survey will be used to determine community needs and to identify what types of fair housing policies and programs may be needed. 

Survey is available to the public until March 3^rd.
