New York State Crime Stoppers and the New Rochelle Police Department hosted a press conference today announcing the cash award of up to $2,500 for information that will lead to an arrest of the person who shot and killed Manuel Ayala on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at approximately 11:00pm in front of La Chiquita Karina Deli Grocery Corp (238 Union Avenue, New Rochelle, NY).
