NEW DATE! The NRBID's Main Street Merchant's Urchins Costume Parade and Pumpkin Painting event will now be held on Sunday (HALLOWEEN) due to rain.
The schedule is:
- 9:45am Line up begins at New Roc City
- 10:00am Parade begins route to Library Green’s Ruby Dee Park
- Post parade Free Pumpkin Painting Event for Parade participants At Library Green’s Ruby Dee Park
Parade and Pumpkin Painting Event protocols are:
- Current CDC protocol for outdoor gatherings will be adhered to.
- Cloth masks for children over age 2 should be part of costume. Halloween masks are NOT a substitute for cloth masks
- Social distance while walking in the parade route and at Pumpkin Painting Event.
- Pumpkins and treats for Parade participants
- Rain date is Sunday October 31, 2021 at 10am
