Public Hearings - Proposed Amendment to HOME Funds & 30 Day Comment Period

Brief Description - The City of New Rochelle is proposing amendments to the 2013-2017 Consolidated Plan and 2015, 2016, and 2017 Annual Action Plans. In accordance with the City’s Citizen Participation Plan, program amendments as a result of a change to the purpose, scope, location, or beneficiary of an activity, requires an amendment and allow for a 30-day public comment period.
