TO PREPARE:
Wash food cans, alulminum foil and baking tins to remove food particles. Remove caps from aerosol cans. No need to remove labels.

Containers coded with numbers 1 though 7 on the bottom of the container
DO NOT RECYCLE
Any plastic container largerthan 2 1/2 gallons regardless of symbol on bottom
any plastic bottle with no symbol or with any symbol other than the triangle with the numbers 1 though 7 on them.

frozen food or meat trays
six packholder and rings (cut into pieces and place in trash)
all polystyrene (styrofoam)
TO PREPARE:
Rinse bottles, discard tops and caps. No need to remove labels. Flatten if possible.

Light bulbs (fluorescent may be recycled at Home Depot or
Westchester County Household Chemical Cleanup Days

Dishes, drinking glasses or cookware
