Birth Genealogy Reports
To obtain a Birth Genealogy Report, the birth record must be over 75 years old and the person named on the birth certificate must be deceased. The applicant must supply this office with a copy of the death certificate. Genealogy reports if approved will be mailed to applicant.
Death Genealogy Reports
Genealogy records of deceased individuals may be obtained by any member of the family no less than 50 years after the individual's death. Genealogy reports, if approved, will be mailed to applicant.
Marriage Genealogy Reports
Genealogy reports can be obtained by any member of the family. The marriage record must be over 50 years old and both bride and groom must be deceased. The applicant must supply this office with photo copies of death certificates for both bride and groom. Genealogy reports if approved will be mailed to the applicant.
Fees
The fee is $22 per report. Payment will be returned if no record found.
