Robocall sent citywide 9/30

This is the City of New Rochelle with a storm recovery update. As you know, yesterday’s torrential rain heavily impacted neighborhoods in New Rochelle and across the entire region. As recovery resources for homeowners and businesses become available, the City will post information at newrochelleny.com/stormupdate, with ongoing additions as warranted.

This weekend, DPW is working throughout the city to assess damage and clear debris from roadways and drains.

To report an ongoing sewer backup or safety hazard, please contact the New Rochelle Police Desk at 914-654-2300.

If your electrical or heating systems need repair, safety is of paramount importance.  Be sure to consult and use only licensed professionals. The New Rochelle Buildings Department can offer guidance during business hours at 914-654-2035.
