Tropical Storm Isaias- Con Edison Updates

ConEdison crews continue to work in New Rochelle. It is critical to continue reporting power outages directly to ConEd at 1-800-75-CONED.The outage map at outagemap.coned.com has approximate restoration times.

If you have experienced a power outage for more than 48 hours beginning on August 4, you may file a request for residential reimbursement for food and prescription medicine spoilage. There is a separate form for commercial reimbursement. Requests for reimbursement must be filed on or before September 8, 2020.

City Cleanup Continues

  • Storm debris pickup is underway. Please place limbs curbside, bundled and in small pieces.
  • The City's Leaf Blower Ban has been suspended until Labor Day..
  • Alternate side enforcement is suspended until Labor Day. Street sweeping will resume as resources allow.

VERIZON:
Many FIOS netork issues are due to lack of commercial power. As power is restored,Verizon teams are in the field getting a more accurate assessment of the damage and making necessary repairs. Residents are advised to report service issues to 800 Verizon (800-922-0204).

OPTIMUM: 
If you are experiencing a service issue, there are four channels for reporting.  Contacting Optimum via any of these channels will result in a trouble ticket being created that will direct a repair team to assess and address the issue:
