The Department of Development serves as the first point of contact for industrial, commercial/retail, office and residential developers seeking to bring a project to New Rochelle. Our unique Development Management Team is composed of a multi-disciplinary staff who specializes in all aspects of planning central to successful economic development, allowing the City to plan for and react to development trends in the city, as well as to better serve the public, private and non-profit sectors. We are thoroughly prepared to assist citizens, developers, real estate brokers, and prospective residents and businesses with our “one-stop shopping” approach to development.
