FEMA may assist some non-profits with Public Assistance Disaster grants
Nonprofit organizations that suffered damage from Hurricane Sandy may apply for Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Public Assistance (PA) funding to help them get back to the business of helping others.

ConEdison Refunds and Rebates
Con Edison customers can file food spoilage, temporary housing and other storm damage compensation claims at

Each submission is being handled on a case by case basis. Customers will not be billed by Con Edison for the duration of the service outage because billing is based on usage.
