New Rochelle TV provides a communication resource to the citizens, educational institutions, government and nonprofit organizations of the City of New Rochelle.
Our vision is to:

Broadcast and record public sessions of City government
Enable the City’s many nonprofit organizations to communicate their efforts, accomplishments and events to the public
Expand the audience for cultural, educational and community events
Help citizens develop an appreciation of the people, institutions and heritage of the city
Provide an opportunity for talented people to perform for a local audience
Provide training in the arts and sciences of television production
Offer a forum for public expression and debate
