Office of the City Clerk

Welcome to the City Clerk’s office. We serve the City Council, City Government as well as the citizens of New Rochelle.
This office is the general information bureau of the City. We maintain the official record of City Council meetings, and the careful maintenance of archival material. The City Clerk is the Records Management Officer and Records Access Officer for public FOIL (Freedom of Information Law requests). Our office serves as liaison to the Westchester County Board of Elections in the conduct of local, county, federal, general and special elections.

In short, the City Clerk is your link to the operations of the City Government. The links to the left will further guide and assist you with your needs.
